Delivery time

CaravanMoverShop has most products in stock. The following applies to these products: ordered and paid today, shipped the same working day. Items that are not in stock cannot be ordered.
We ship every working day, orders from Friday evening will be shipped on Monday. For locations outside the Netherlands, the delivery time is usually one to four days. We generally ship with UPS. After shipment you will automatically receive a tracking number.

Delivery method

For deliveries within the Netherlands most orders are sent by PostNL. There is usually no delivery fee above a certain order value. If you are not at home to receive your delivery, it is possible to collect your missed delivery from your nearest post office. For locations outsite the Netherlands we send your order with UPS. The delivery time is one up to four days.
Delivery Risk
We bear the transport risk. In case of loss or damage during transport, we will send you the new items after examination. However, you are obliged to check the packaging for damage upon delivery. If the package is damaged, you must make a note on the shipping list or refuse acceptance and contact us immediately by email.

Order

Step 1: Put your order in your shopping basket

You can order all of our products by clicking on the click here to order button.

This automatically places the product you have selected in your shopping basket. You can see a summary of your shopping basket where the delivery costs and country of delivery options are displayed.
Order multiple products
To order multiple quantities of one product simply change the quantity number in your shopping basket. To order multiple products simply select the product you wish to purchase and then click continue shopping in your shopping basket webpage to continue selecting the products you wish to purchase.

Select country of delivery
You can select the country of delivery in the shopping basket webpage. After placing all of the items you wish to purchase in your shopping basket you can select the country of delivery. Delivery costs vary between countries.

Select payment method
You can select your payment method from the options in the shopping basket webpage. After selecting your payment method, click 'Go to Step 2'.

Step 2: Enter Personal Information

When you click 'Go to Step 2' you will be taken to the second screen where you will be asked to enter your personal information. There is an option to enter separate billing and delivery addresses.

To place an order you must have read and accepted our terms and conditions. At the bottom of the page, click 'Place Order' to confirm your order. You will then see a summary page of your order and personal information. You will also receive an email containing a link to your summary page. Please contact us if you don't recieve this email.

You can also collect your order at our Shops. After placing your order you will receive an email to make an appointment for collection. Payment is by direct debit or cash at the branch when you collect your order.

Paypal or creditcard payment

It is also to pay via PayPal either by login to your existing account for existing PayPal account holders or by creating an account. It is possible to pay with a credit card via PayPal.

Your payment is guaranteed by PayPal. Cancel of the order is not free of costs!
